Chris Sukornyk

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding Chango, Mr. Sukornyk founded or co-founded multiple tech startups in the digital media and online publishing industries. In 1998 Mr. Sukornyk founded The X-Stream Network and it quickly became Europe’s fastest growing Free ISP. X-Stream was sold in March 2000 to LibertySurf for US $75 Million. More recently, Mr. Sukornyk co-found Bubbleshare, an advertising backed photo sharing application which was sold to Kaboose (a Disney company). In addition, Mr. Sukornyk founded Fivelimes, a green focused social network that was recently sold to Avid Life Media. Mr. Sukornyk is based in Toronto and is a speaker at SES, CIX, Mesh and other technology conferences.

Dax Hamman

Chief Revenue Officer

Prior to joining Chango, Dax worked with iCrossing for four years to found and lead the global display media group, a role which led to the development of Performance Display, a data driven method for building ROI orientated campaigns. The highly successful methodology utilized the interplay between search and display to its fullest.

With twelve years in the digital space, Hamman has considerable experience in all things digital including campaign strategy, media planning, usability, affiliate marketing and email marketing. He uses these experiences to find new and innovative opportunities within digital media for iCrossing's Fortune 500 clients. Dax is based in Chicago.

Prior to joining iCrossing, Hamman led the European division of Bluestreak (ad server and ESP) where he was responsible for overseeing all local operations, including managing business development and client services. Hamman has spoken on topics including media planning, media exchanges and the synergies between search and display at various interactive marketing events including ad:tech, OMMA, SMX, SES and WOMMA. In addition, he also writes extensively on the digital space at daxthink.com.

Mazdak Rezvani

Chief Technology Officer

Mazdak brings with him a diverse background in product and technology. Prior to joining Chango, Mazdak served as the VP of Operations at Tall Tree Games, a Top 50 Facebook game developer and the creator of YoVille (acquired by Zynga). Prior to that, Mazdak was the VP of Engineering for the iconic hotornot.com. Mazdak was also a founding member of BubbleShare (with Chango CEO Chris Sukornyk) and became the co-founder of an incubator project within Kaboose Inc. (after the BubbleShare acquisition).

Duncan Hill

Executive Director

Duncan was the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Think Dynamics, a developer of data center provisioning and automation software, which was acquired by IBM in May 2003. Duncan recently served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Ventures West, and currently sits on the board of directors of RapidMind, and on advisory boards at Opalis, Cirba, Reasonably Smart, Embotics, ServiceMesh, and the Velocity program at the University of Waterloo.

Frank Matticola

VP National Sales

Frank brings 12 years of digital advertising experience from leading digital advertising brands, such as Yahoo!, Doubleclick, Google and Broadcast.com to Chango. Prior to joining Chango, Frank was Director of East Coast Sales at Adknowledge, a provider of auction based digital ad solutions for direct response marketers. Prior to that, Frank was a key member of the Doubleclick (Google) AdExchange sales team. During his tenure as Sales Director, Frank pioneered the initial launch of AdX to top agency holding companies, marketers and ad networks, guiding Doubleclick's most important clients through the beta and general release.

Frank spent 7+ years at Yahoo in a variety of sales roles. He led emerging product sales efforts for Yahoo Search Marketing in the east and central regions. And before that was a top performing sales executive for Yahoo's Broadcast.com, which was an early pioneer of streaming media technology.
